Hi Everyone – Five quick REMINDERS :
1. Christchurch Briefing
Sunday 10th June, 11am to 4pm at the Canterbury VCC Clubrooms/Barn, Cutler Park, McLeans Island Road, Christchurch.
Thanks very much to all those who’ve already confirmed their attendance.
If you haven’t done so yet, please email [email protected] to confirm attendance so we can prepare sample Targa road books & other useful info.
Tea & coffee will be provided, but please bring pen & paper and your lunch, as there are no shops handy.
2. Entries.
A good number of entries have already been received, so don’t forget to take advantage of the “Early Bird Entry Fee” by 30th June, after which Standard Entry Fee applies.
3. Accommodation.
Targa Admin/HQ have confirmed their accommodation dates-:
Invercargill – Sunday 21st, Monday 22nd, Tuesday 23rd October at the Ascot Park Hotel, Invercargill;
Dunedin – Wednesday 24th, Thursday 25th October at the Distinction Hotel, Dunedin;
(Distinction Hotel have set up a URL for on-line bookings via www.distinctionhotelsdunedin.co.nz/TARGANZ & they’ve also got secure car parking @ $20 per vehicle/night);
Queenstown – Friday 26th, Saturday 27th October at the Novatel, Queenstown.
Accommodation booking & cost is the responsibility of each competitor & we’d encourage early bookings for best value. (Late October is also a busy tourist & conference time down south, so if you can’t get a booking at any of the above you may wish to book motels etc handy to these venues).
4. Targa Website.
Don’t forget to check https://targa.nz for all VCC entry info along with results from last weekend’s hugely successful Targa Hawkes Bay competition.
