EARLY BIRD ENTRY FEE PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Early-Bird Entry Fee: – NZ$11,000.00 –The first NZ$1,000 of your total entry fees paid is a Non-refundable administration fee.

Instalments:

• $3,500 to be paid immediately and submitted with this Registration form.
• $2,500 to be paid by 30 April 2016
• $2,500 to be paid by 31 July 2016
• $2,500 to be paid by 30 September 2016

• There will be a 10% penalty added for late payments.
• There will be an additional fee of $1000 for the non display of each optional sponsors advertising.
• Payment of entry fees can be made by: Cheque, Bank draft, Telegraphic transfer or Credit Card – Visa/Amex/Diners/Mastercard, although a 1.5% fee applies.

When paying by Telegraphic transfer it is essential that you provide details of this payment to the Rally Office to ensure that payment is receipted prior to the close of entries.

If payment is by cheque please make payable to “Silver Fern Rally Promotions Ltd”

If payment is to be by credit card debit please ensure the relevant authority on the payment form is completed, and advise the person responsible for administering your account, that the debit will be in the name of TARGA NZ on card statements.
